Olear Team at MJ Peterson Will Support Meals on Wheels With Every Sale

The Olear Team at MJ Peterson Real Estate has announced it will make a donation to Meals on Wheels with every house they sell in Western New York. The donations will be made to Meals on Wheels for Western New York, Amherst Meals on Wheels or Ken-Ton Meals on Wheels, depending on the location of the sale. 

Meals on Wheels fulfills a critical need by providing nutritious meals and human companionship to homebound and disabled members of the community. Their vision is to ensure that every member of our community will receive a meal that meets their nutritional needs.

Real Estate Experts to Present Informational Seminar at the Fairways at Lancaster

Anne Kader and Sally Bally Conover, licensed real estate brokers and members of the Olear Team at MJ Peterson, will present an informational seminar at the Fairways at Lancaster on Thursday, Aug. 17 from 6 to 7 p.m. The Fairways is a luxury living community for active adults 55+, and is located at 5352 Genesee St., Bowmansville. 

The seminar will focus on the basics of right-sizing and simplifying a living situation, and will feature a Q&A and no-obligation tour of the Fairways community. Refreshments will be served. Michael Olear Honored by UB Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership

Michael Olear of the Olear Team at MJ Peterson was honored by the University at Buffalo’s Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership (UB CEL) as their Entrepreneur of the Month for June 2017. UB CEL, part of the UB School of Management, provides an individualized and interactive education in entrepreneurship for business owners. Olear is a 2007 graduate of the program and past chair of the UB CEL Alumni Association. 

As part of his recognition as Entrepreneur of the Month, UB CEL included an interview with Olear in their monthly newsletter, “CEL Happenings.” The interview covered Olear’s beliefs on entrepreneurship, including this quote:

Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker Anne Kader Joins the Olear Team at MJ Peterson

Anne Kader, SRES, CRP, has joined the Olear Team at MJ Peterson as a licensed associate real estate broker. In this role, she will provide expert guidance and service to clients who are buying and selling homes throughout Western New York. 

As the daughter of Milton Kader who founded Kader Realty in 1954, Anne brings a lifetime of Western New York real estate experience to this role. She is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist and Certified Relocation Professional, and is also a New York State Licensed Residential Appraiser.

The Olear Team, led by Michael Olear, was recently named MJ Peterson’s top real estate team for 2016 at the company’s 33rd annual awards ceremony. The Olear Team produced more than $18 million is sales in 2016 to win the award for a second consecutive year.
