Andrew Augustine is a Webelow Scout in Troop 468 in Lancaster. He got involved in the Cub Scouts annual popcorn sale, which raises money for scouting programs. After raising a couple hundred dollars in year one, he committed himself to raising a thousand dollars, and did it!
