LANCASTER, NY - A young entrepreneur with a heart for charity is raising awareness and money for people in need.

Eight-year-old Ryan Sprada is selling apples on the corner of Lake Street and Sherborne Avenue in Lancaster. This is his second year selling the fruit. The money goes to an organization called "Future in Our Hands" that Ryan learned about from a family member.

He said he likes the work they do for people in Kenya.

Ryan's goal is to raise $250.
