Annunciation School Still Accepting Pre-K Applications

Annunciation School, located at 7580 Clinton St. in Elma, continues to accept applications for Pre-K3 and Pre-K4 for the 2013-14 school year. Following the New York State core standards for preschools, the primary goal in Annunciation Pre-K is to have your child’s first experience in school be a positive, fun and successful one!

Pre-K students at Annunciation review colors and shapes and begin pre-math, pre-writing and pre-reading skills, and work to develop the social and learning skills that are important for academic success. Students also begin using sign language as a second language and enjoy art, music, library, computer lab, physical education and science. This is also the perfect age to begin learning prayers.

There are several options for Pre-K at Annunciation. Pre-K3 is offered from 9 to 11:30 a.m. or 9 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday. Pre-K4 is offered from 9 to 11:30 a.m. or 9 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Before- and after-school programs are also available.

For more information or to schedule a summer tour of the school, please call the school office at 681-1327, email office.annunciation@gmail.com, or visit the school’s website at www.annunciationschoolelma.com.
