Farmers & Artisans Hosts Unique ‘Meet the Sausage Maker’ Event 

John Kudla from Avenue Boys Smokehouse was the featured guest as Farmers & Artisans in Williamsville hosted a unique “Meet the Sausage Maker” event on Thursday, January 26. The store, which offers a mix of local produce and products, is located at 78 East Spring St.

Kudla offered samples of his smoked and fresh sausages. Approximately 20 guests at the event were also treated to a selection of New York State farmstead cheeses and Flying Bison Beer.

West SenecaCentral has announced its sixth career-based Academy program, this one called Academy of Life Science.

It is the first of its kind in Western New York. It takes shape after nearly three years of planning.

The company will official be Fifth&Pacific Cos and on May 15 and will also rename its New York Stock Exchange ticker symbol to FNP.
